About the role

A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced administrator to join a new and exciting Community Safety and Enforcement team.

You will be joining a friendly, supportive and forward thinking team at the start of something new with opportunities for personnel and professional development. You will be at the centre of the team providing administrative support to the team. You will be supported to help resolve and administrate cases of Anti-social Behaviour and any measures the Council takes to address incidents or concerns.

About you

As well as being an experienced administrator who is methodical and good at building relationships, you will need to be a good communicator who is confident at talking to members of the public. You will be someone whose understanding of community needs drives you to provide good customer service. You will also be able to work on your own initiative and to prioritise your work.
